Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every knife we sell. While we can’t accept returns for used items, we do offer a return option for items that are still in new, unused condition.
Returning an Unused Item
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking info) if the item is still in brand new condition.

All returns must be approved first.

We’ll respond within 3 business days and provide a prepaid return label.
Please return the item in its original packaging with all materials included. Do not attach labels directly to the product box — use an outer box for shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the product price minus:

A 5% fee for orders paid through Sezzle, Afterpay, or similar services
If the product or packaging shows signs of use or damage, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.
In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee — especially for limited production or high-value models, or if we notice excessive returns on your account.
Returning a Defective Item
Think you received a defective item? Contact us immediately at help@goodspeedgear.com — and please don’t attempt to disassemble or repair the knife.
If the defect is confirmed:

No fees or deductions will apply

Original shipping is not refunded
For issues that may fall under manufacturer defects, please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details before initiating a return.
Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit instead of a refund? We can issue a digital gift card for the product price, minus shipping — and no extra fees will apply.
Final Sale Items
Some items will be marked Final Sale (such as limited releases, open-box items, or discounted gear). These are not eligible for return or refund. If you received the wrong item, email us and we’ll make it right.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? We get it.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at help@goodspeedgear.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but our standard return policy may apply.
